The information below and its terms and conditions apply to your use of the website creativelab.headbrands.com and all its associated pages. The terms constitute an agreement between you and the company Headbrands. Headbrands sells online courses via creativelab.headbrands.com. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of purchase, policy for handling personal data and general terms. You also agree that names, personal information and any organization number are registered in Headbrand’s customer register. Headbrands reserves the right to make errors in the course information, but of course works to rectify errors quickly. We ask you to carefully read the text on this page and the text concerning the policy for handling personal data before you buy courses at Creative Lab.
Payment is made via Swish or card purchase.
Prices are stated in the same currency as the language of the course you order. The final price includes VAT of 25% in Sweden. We reserve the right to change prices due to incorrect prices due to incorrect information. We reserve the right to adjust prices. In order for the payment to be approved, you who pay must be of legal age, ie over 18 years of age.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is a statutory right and applies in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act. Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from your payment date. However, in order to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is required that you have not started using the service. In this context, the service is considered started when you have logged in to your web course account and started watching the videos that are not demos. If this is done, you cannot claim the right of withdrawal under the Distance and Home Sales Act.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To access the online courses, you (or a legal entity) must:
- Have turned 18 and registered a user account / customer account.
- Confirm that the personal or company information you provided when registering is true and correct.
Availability is always stated for each course in time.
We always work to ensure that you have access to courses around the clock, all the days you have the course. In cases where we discover problems, we fix them quickly. As a user, you are welcome to contact us if you discover technical problems with the web pages.
You (or legal entity) may only use the service for personal use (unless separate agreements have been made). The service may not be used for any commercial purpose.
All courses are streamed, which means that download is not available as an alternative. You (or legal entity) are responsible for accessing the courses through appropriate internet connection such as mobile network and / or broadband connection. Headbrands does not pay for Internet connection, nor does it provide support for computer hardware and software in connection with the use of the service. If you have specific questions about something that you consider to be unclear in the videos, we will of course help you, but we also reserve the right to tell when we can not answer your questions.
You (or legal entity) may not disseminate personal user information or customer information in order to give other persons access to the courses. You (or legal entity) may not publicly view purchased videos. In order for this to be allowed, separate agreements are required between Headbrands and you (or with a legal entity). If Headbrands suspects that personal account information is being disseminated, Headbrands has the right to deprive you of the service.
If your information changes at any time, these can be adjusted inside your profile page. Should you have any problems logging in, please contact Headbrand’s customer service.
